About "All My Loving"

From the original Beatles Album "With The Beatles" (1963)

JOHN 1972: "This was one of his first biggies."

JOHN 1980: "'All My Loving' is Paul, I regret to say. Because it's a damn fine piece of work. But I play a pretty mean guitar in back."

PAUL 1984: "Yeah, I wrote that one. It was the first song I ever wrote where I had the words before the music. I wrote the words on a bus on tour, then we got the tune when I arrived there. The first time I've ever worked upside down."

PAUL 1988: "I think that was the first song where I wrote the words without the tune. I wrote the words on the tour bus during our tour with Roy Orbison. We did alot of writing then."

PAUL circa-1994: "It was a good show song. It worked well live."

A Few Corrections

The first album to debut in the US was called Meet the Beatles. It also had a song missing from your With the Beatles songlist above, called Till there was You - the same song as from The Music Man.

AWESOME

I was a 11 year old kid when I went to the UK, This was one of the Beatles songs which was sweeping everyone off their feet. Thanks guys who put this together, thanks Bhavyesh for forwarding this to me. Thank Beatles and Thanks God for making us grow up with this kind of music.

when ever this song comes on i will think of my teacher mr.blaine he used to be my music teacher and he loves the beetles and when i ever i hear this song i will thing of him and how he loves the beetles and i will sing this to my wife one day i really love this song i always sing it on my kareoke
